I totally disagree with Miss Kitty. I've lived in Texas all my life, and am, in fact, a 7th generation Texan. I've grown up with Southern Egg Gravy, and it ROCKS. Claire knows her Southern food!!!

Hello? Five generations a Southern girl, lived all over the South, and never ever heard of putting egg in gravy??! Don't know where she got that idea from...but it is not Southern! It's rich enough and delicious enough without adding eggs.
