I made this for our Christmas dinner. This was wonderful. It is amazing how much flavor you get from the chai tea. My husband are talking about using dried peaches and cranberries in the mixture along with the dried apricots and cherries the next time we make this. This has some great possiblities.

I also registered just to review this recipe! This is so flavorful and is a great substitute for traditional cranberries! Best of all you don't have to add TONS of sugar like you do for cranberries. The natural sweetness of the fruit and the juice is all you need and let's face it, we get enough refined sugar at this time of year! This is a keeper!

this chutney was so good that i registered just to review it. i made it with an herb roasted turkey breast and mashed potatoes with garlic and celery root. the chutney was definitely the star of the meal--and i am not the biggest chutney or dried fruit fan. for the next few days i made leftover turkey and chutney sandwiches. oh yes--and it was really easy to make.
