I've always loved pork loin and this quickly became my family's favorite! The flavors are tremendous and it is so easy and it comes together quickly so I don't mind making it after a long day at the office. As someone else mentioned, I've also used blackberry sauce and it was delicious too (and I don't think it was quite as sweet. I buy a pack of two pork loins and make both.... the 2nd is great sliced cold to make sandwiches. Thanks Claire! Love your show and love, love, love this recipe!!!!!

This is the perfect pork tenderloin recipe! I added 1/2 cup of red wine to my sauce & used 1/2 blueberry & 1/2 raspberry preserves. Keeper! :

When you see the ingredients you wouldn't think that this meal would be delicious; however, it might be my new favorite spicy but yet sweet meal. I didn't use the regular blueberry preserve, I used sugar-free (just because it was something I already had in my pantry and it was great. It wasn't overly sweet. Great dish.

I made this recipe based on all the rave reviews ... It was a waste of my time and money. There is absolutely no taste to this sauce and spicy ..... what a joke. It was a disappointment......:-(

I made this first for my family, then I made it last night for some friends. Now I'm a rock star. This is really a super simple, wonderfully flavorful recipe. It is definately going to be a go to for us. I also "kind of" made the rice recipe with it. I used all the flavors, but made it with couscous. It was fast and wonderful.

It was fabulous! Perfect for our special dinner. Only suggestion is to half the sauce recipe. There was way too much! But overall very good. It is a keeper!

Yum! I am not even a pork fan, but this was a simple way to do tenderloins that came out juicy and tasty. (And fast! My husband called it a "faux grill" taste without all the work. I loved the sauce, but it made a lot. We plan to grill something else today to use the rest of the sauce. Great recipe!

I was a little hesitant to try this recipe b/c of the different combinations. But, it turned out surprisingly delicious! The flavors combined were really balanced out. I recommend this for anyone who wants to try something different. You will love it! The great thing is the cooking process is really simple and easy, and it doesn't take a lot of preparation, which is exactly what you need if you're a busy mother!
