Yum! I am not even a pork fan, but this was a simple way to do tenderloins that came out juicy and tasty. (And fast! My husband called it a "faux grill" taste without all the work. I loved the sauce, but it made a lot. We plan to grill something else today to use the rest of the sauce. Great recipe!

I was a little hesitant to try this recipe b/c of the different combinations. But, it turned out surprisingly delicious! The flavors combined were really balanced out. I recommend this for anyone who wants to try something different. You will love it! The great thing is the cooking process is really simple and easy, and it doesn't take a lot of preparation, which is exactly what you need if you're a busy mother!

This was a wonderful recipe, easy, well balanced flavors, and fast to make. I have made it several times with different preserves. I liked blackberry better than the blueberry......all were great. I have also passed it on to many friends, it was such a hit.

My family thought that this was too sweet, but I liked it. I would recommend cutting the blueberry sauce recipe in half and adding more mustard or a splash of vinegar.

This was so easy yet so delicious! Served it on top of goat cheese mashed potatoes and topped it with fresh arugula tossed in EVOO and balsamic vinegar. Can't wait to make it again.

Made this tonight and it was delicious! Just be careful and don't cook the blueberry mixture too long or you'll get a gummy mess. I had to add a little more orange juice to it to get it back to the right consistency, lol.

I just love Clair. She makes everything look so easy. Before I started watching the food network, I never cooked anything interested and Clair has changed that for me. I tape all of her shows. I can't wait to see what she's going to cook next with only 5 ingredints. After watching the show, if I get the chance I run to the store to purchase my 5 ingredients and start cooking. Today I'm cooking the pork loin she cooked during this episode.

My family does a lot of pork tenderloin, but we get tired of the classics, so when we saw this episode on tv, we knew we had to try it. This dish is a WINNER. Broiling the pork made it come out very juicy which we loved. However, 20 minutes was not enough time for us, so I let it stay in for 25. The sauce was super simple and delicious. There was a true depth of flavor in the sauce - you see blueberries, you taste orange, and get a hint of heat from the mustard and chipotle powder. I will definitely make this recipe again.
