So easy and soooo delicious! Impressive enough to serve for company! It's sweet and the citrus really pops with just a little heat at the end that lingers! Highly recommend!

My husband and I loved this recipe. This was the first time I had made pork with a broiler, and I'm not sure I liked that as well. The outside seemed to get done much faster than the inside. So I might just go back to cooking it the way I normally would a pork loin. However, the sauce was outstanding and went so well with pork! I went a little crazy on the orange juice, so we had a strong orange flavor that I would back away a bit from next time. All in all, this was quite a tasty recipe! I will definitely make this recipe again...its going in my "company" recipe file!

This was a great meal entree, everyone ate this, (hubby, 6 yo and 3 yo even my one and half year old. I am looking for the strawberry recipe, I came across a recipe from Guy http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/guy-fieri/strawberry-and-tequila-cooler-recipe/index.html....maybe this is where she got the recipe from. This one has the same ingredients, the agave is pricey but I want to see how this taste.

I've never cooked pork tenderloin and I've never used by broiler before, so this was an experiment! Glad to say, it was a success! The pork was perfect... moist and flavorful!! I couldn't find blueberry preserves, so I used blackberry - worked great. The sauce was good and tasted even better the next day.

Honey, you are broiling the meat, so just put the oven on broil. You don't need to know the temperature.

I just watched this episode that I recorded on my dvr and see people need the recipe for the strawberry lemonade so I wrote it down. I may not have the exact measurements cuz she didn't specify when she was making it but I do have the ingredients. In a pitcher add:
    Chopped strawberries, about 2 cups
Agave nectar, about 2 tablespoons or to taste
A few sprigs of mint, 2-3 torn, muddle these three ingredients in the pitcher.
Add the juice of 3 lemons, about 1.5 cup
    Top with seltzer water

I hope this helps you guys. Like I said the measurements aren't exact but I did my best to eyeball them as she was added them to the pitcher.

Very simple recipe. My husband did the pork loin on the grill while I was preparing the blueberry sauce. We just used the meat thermometer to the proper temperature. The sauce was an excellent pairing for the pork. I made the rice dish as well. Very good, I did use dried cranberries instead of cherries. I would definitely make both of these dishes again.

Made all three recipes tonight. Both the rice and pork were greatl! The pork was so moist, juicy, & the sauce was very tasty with it. I've never had a tenderloin turn out that perfect. Broiling is the way to go. Loved the wild rice, too; however the salad was a disaster.
