I substituted salmon for the tuna and this receipe is now my lunch time favorite. Great way to substitue the mayo for a healther version of tuna (salmon salad!

Pamm - if you've ever watched the show - Claire always says that everyone should have basics in their kitchen like SALT AND PEPPER. those types of ingredients don't count. Obviously, lemon and lemon juice come from one ingredient as well - does that mean there were 7 ingredients!

Excellent recipe and so simple. Thaniks for all the tasty and fun recipes Claire - keep it up.

I don't usually comment, but after seeing that you are attempting to bash this chef on several of her recipes I decided to make a comment. Claire is VERY specific, and usually mentions several times during the show that she has some "FREE" ingredients such as salt and pepper that she does not count as one of her five ingredients. Also, lemons and the the juice from that lemon would only count as one ingredient. Try commenting on the food not the count of the ingredients!

This was a great meal to prepare the day before and refrigerate for lunch the next day. I added some granny smith apples and a little cinnamon & sugar and it was perfect. Great healthy meal that was so easy to make!

I didn't make the recipe, but I used Claire's method to cook some frozen tilapia filets. Since I didn't have any parchment paper, I used foil. It came out perfect and delicious! I will be cooking fish more often and this way all the time in my house. NO FISHY SMELL!

If you like Tuna and Greek Yogurt then you'll love this. It was simple to prepare. My tuna steaks took 22 minutes, but yours may need longer depending on how thick they are. I got 5 servings out of this.

TIP: Wait until your market has tuna on sale or buy it flash frozen (tends to be cheaper One of the reviewers stated that it cost them about $15 for the dinner. I made mine for less than $10.

I made this exactly as the recipe shows. This was so good!! I bought the albacore tuna steaks at Trader Joe's. They're flash frozen so I just put them in a bowl of warm water for 30 minutes to thaw and followed then followed the recipe. I've never cooked fish in parchment paper before. I can't believe how moist it turned out. This is a keeper that I will be sharing with friends!

This was great, next time I will add a little more grapes. It was easy to make and no messy cleanup. I will definetely be making it again. This would be a great dish to make for a shower.

Pros: Cooking the tuna in parchment paper worked very well, no smell. It took a lot longer to cook than 20 minutes though.

Cons: Didn't like the mix of flavors AT ALL. No one at dinner liked it. This recipe is expensive to make, $7 for the tuna, $6 for the greek yogurt, add in the grapes, walnuts, and lemons and we're talking $15 for dinner. For that price I expected it to taste a lot better than it did.
