I made this for Easter. It was very easy. I used dry herbs and it came out great! I also used the olive oil instead of beef fat. I plan on making this anytime I'm having roast beef.

My earliest food memories include roasted pork loin with Yorkshire pudding and my Mother's recipe was the one I've used ever since. No longer! These were amazing. The ooh's and aah's at our dinner party soon turned to silence as everyone realized that not only is this version a beautiful presentation, but simply too good for words. They puffed up beautifully in the muffin tins and held their shape even as they cooled. Thank you for a winner!

Tasty and interesting! We bravely tried this recipe though we've never had Yorkshire pudding! It puffed up well beyond the muffin tins, and was golden and beautiful. It fell only slightly when taken out of the oven. What a beautiful presentation on the table with the rib roast! Everyone enjoyed them!

Really easy and delicious. I made them to go with a standing rib roast on New Year's Eve and these were perfect. You could change them up with whatever fresh herb you have on hand. I didn't use the beef fat--just put a little melted butter into each muffin cup and it worked fine. I will make these again for sure, they would work well with a regular Sunday supper beef roast in place of a dinner roll.

Awesome! I have always heard of Yorkshire Pudding but had never tried one, or even seen one for that matter. I had to try them. My husband and I both agree... totally addicting. Will make these over and over again. Thanks!!!

I made these for my family. My step father is from England, and my cousin from Scotland was also here. Everyone loved them. They turned out wonderful. Will definately make them again soon.

Being from England, my Mum used to make Yorkshire Pudding all the time, no matter what the meal...great fillers to feed a family of 7, with 5 strapping young men. I made a pot roast with lashings of gravy & these individual puddings lapped up the gravy with ease. We shared this meal with good friends & they were so impressed with how my individual "heart shaped" Yorkshire Puddings rose to the occasion!! My husband wants to know why I don't make them more often. Definitely my "go to" to jazz up the meal. I'll be making them again for Easter Sunday when I will prepare my Mum's recipe for Roast Leg of Lamb -- can't wait! Thanks Claire for making my Sunday roast dinner bring back a great childhood memory of my beloved Mum!!

I made these last year for Christmas for my family and friends and I am going to make them again this year. Everybody loved them. I think using the drippings make it more tastier just regular melted butter.

This was the first time that I have ever made Yorkshire Pudding. It was so beautiful when I took it out of the oven. It looked just like Claire's. It was delicious. A nice substitute for potatoes. They were light and fluffy and a pretty golden brown. This is one of the easiest recipes I have ever made. A must try!
