Boy oh boy am I soooooo glad I tried this dish. The entire family loves Yorkshire pudding. Just thinking about it is making my mouth water and my stomache growl. THANK YOU!

Somehow after completely forgetting to heat the oil and pan in the oven before adding the batter and overcooking it, this was quite tasty. It has great potential. Very little oil is needed (1/4 to 1/2 tsp per popover. It paired well with steak with mushrooms and broccoli. While this first attempt was less than successful I will definitely try this recipe again.

thought this recipe was great and so easy to follow. i don't think you need to use as much oil (if you choose to use oil because it pooled at the top of the pudding when it was done and i had to pour it in the sink. next time i will use slightly less oil - but overall it was sooo delicious!

Love this one! Delicious!
Valaree, Sabrina and Lori, right on! Obviously Chuck doesn't watch "5 Ingredient Fix" very often.

This is a very unhealthy recipe. I used 1TBS of oil and that was plenty. I used a muffin pan and placed it on a baking tray, when I went to take it out of the oven, I can see oil sprays all over. The pudding is leathery on the outside and wet-custardy on the inside. It was easy to make with ingredients on hand. Overall, I don't think it's that great and will not make again.

I registered for this site solely to comment on this recipe. I just happened to catch the episode with this recipe a couple of days ago and decided to try it tonight. The puddings are so beautiful. I could not stop watchng them puff up through the oven window. I actually took a picture of them when i took them out of the oven. Their presentation alone is worth making the recipe again. Plus they're light, elegant and so delicious. Thanks!

Never knew Yorkshire pudding could be sooo good! Just cooked it and it is a "hit" at our house...we will have this dish from now on whenever we have roast beef or any kind of beef dish!

Hey Sabrina,
Great comments on Chuck! I think many of these people don't even know how to cook! You don't have to have formal training to be a good cook, just open your eyes listen and try things out.

This is the first time I have made Yorkshire pudding and it was easy. I happened to watch the episode on tv this morning and I think that helped. Wonderful recipe and truly easy for a beginner.
