I love Claire and her show. This was a really easy recipe to make, and really delicious! My family loved it, and I will make it often!

I've had Yorkshire Pudding before, but never with thyme. These were so deliciious. Ok, they collapsed. Who cares? It was just for my immediate family. They were so light and tangy (from thyme, and so wonderful with gravy, that I can't wait to have them again. I made a chuck roast (instead of the recommended roast, which I couldn't afford, but it was just a fabulous meal.

I made the Yorkshire Pudding for my high school age grandsons together with a large roast I'd prepared. My daughter-in-law was born in England and grew up eating her mother's and nana's Yorkshire Pudding and had always intended to make it - but woo and alas, etc. As always when I use my grandsons to try out new recipes (which they love, I left the recipe for their Mom. I did pierce the puddings with a skewer right out of the oven - which is a trick I learned from another one of your chef's - and that released enough steam - no colapses. Will definetely make these again in hopes that next time, maybe one will be saved for ME.

I actually made everything from this particular show. Everything was wonderful. The meat was a little on the expensive side but other than that what a great Sunday meal this was. This was my first time making Yorkshire pudding the recipe was easy to follow and they came out great!!!! Thanks Clair

I used bacon fat (mmmm.... bacon fat because I made these with a turkey, and it was so yummy. They were huge and airy. This is the best recipe and I've tried a few.

from my dinner guests! Made these (substituting olive oil for the beef fat as I was making a roasted chicken. They were just perfect! This recipe will certainly become a "go to" one for me!

My normal recipe for Yorkshire Pudding always falls, so I'm anxious to try this one. (My family doesn't know what Yorkshire Pudding that has not collapsed is, so I'll be glad to surprise them. Loved the show. And Gloria needs to lighten up and stop screaming. Just go on www.foodnetwork.com and follow the easy directions and you'll be fine. (Even though I haven't tried the recipe, I gave it five stars because I'm a visionary.

Thank you Claire I am originally from England and since I have been in the States I always seem to make my Yorkshire's way to heavy. These are light and fluffy and everyone loved them. Love your show and agree with others, it's great to only have 5 ingredients. Keep up the good work.
