I'm always looking for a new recipe that is fast, healthy, easy to prepare as well as tastes great.

This recipe is great on all fronts. When my picky 5 year old requests this dinner several times a week, you KNOW it's a hit.

    Thanks, Claire!

I am a huge fan of Claire, but this one was just okay. My husband didn't care for the beans and I didn't care for the taste of the turkey. So this will not be made again at our household. As for the other reviews there is plenty of flavor in this dish, just not flavors for us. I did make the shroom rice from the same episode. It was the highlight of the meal.

Loved it! Thank you to all of you that took time to write a review. I read each one and made minor adjustments that were to our tastes. It was easy and delicious. My husband was skeptical about ground turkey, but he had seconds!

A perfect recipe for it's genre...nutritious, fast, and tasty. Definitely a low-carb, high-fiber, protein meal--I prefer orzo for the pasta add-in, but it's also great by itelf. I didn't have to use chicken stock, just my own basic seasonings. For me, it's just right for a weight-training diet. Bravo!

I didn't give this a five star rating, because it was somewhat bland by itself, but served over the Baked Shroom Rice, it really inhanced the flavors. I will be making this again, plus it seemed to be a pretty healthy meal. The only change I did make was sprinkle a little grated parmesan on top.

Had to add onions and garlic to the browning process, used arugula instead of spinach - very tasty.

I made it with a mix of hot Italian turkey sausage and ground turkey. Used broccoli rabe instead of spinach. Grated cheese before serving. Excellent!
