I thougth these were delicious! Especially considering they only took 10 minutes to make. The Sea salt adds just a pinch od something differnet, but not so different that kids and picky eaters shy away.

I followed the recipe egreenhouse provided, and that was delicious!! the difference is that you bake the butter/graham for 10 min instead of 15 min (which will burn and use 1/2 c. of brown sugar instead of a whole cup (which would be way too sweet and you add the nuts at the end of the recipe so that it's easier to spread and mix the butter/sugar mixture, and i was actually able to coat all the graham rectangles that came in two packs so that i didn't have any leftovers (about 18 grahams i didn't just dump the butter mixture on everything but i spooned and spread it on. instead of melting the chocolate at the end and i evenly distributed the semisweet chips on all the crackers and baked for an additional 1-2 min for it to melt, then spread it around and topped it off with crushed pretzels. my friend whose party i brought this to is allergic to nuts, but the pretzels still give that nice crunch and provides a little saltiness too.

Simple, easy and awesome! Can't beat that. It was the first thing gone at the party tonight. And don't forget the sea salt at the end.

Have always loved these with many variations including saltines instead of grahams! In fact it is so good we called it Christmas Crack! The naysayers are a little silly.

My daughter and I made these today. When used someone else's idea to add the pretzels and then added a pinch of salt. These cookies are delicious and my whole family loves them.

I've been making a similar recipe from Land O' Lakes for years, however, that recipe stated the butter/sugar mixture should be boiled for 3-5 minutes(5 is best and no baking was involved.
This recipe did not specify, but a 15x10x1 jelly roll pan is about the right size. I trim the graham crackers with a serrated steak knife so they fit perfectly in the pan without gaps. Chopped salted peanuts are my favorite garnish.

I was at a party and someone brought these. They were delicious! The chocolate and salt mix very nicely and the graham cracker gives them a great crunch. I was happy to find the recipe here and look forward to making them. They are very sweet and you only need a small piece.

These are delicious, and what is wrong with easy? Word to other reviewers, just do the math and you will know what size pan to use.

Try this recipe, I'm convinced it's the original with variation on the nuts and more precise directions.
