Despite some negative reviews, I'd like to try this but it's a frustrating recipe. No size given for the baking pan. No oven position for baking. What happens if your crackers aren't 5 x 2.5? It's a lazy recipe...

Not the best cookie recipe in the 12 days of cookies. I read the reviews and took my own approach to the recipe.
Melted the butter on low
Added the sugar to the melted butter
stired in the pecans as the butter and sugar started to blend together
(Stiring the entire time
Once bubbles started to break the surface, I removed from heat and poured over the crackers
Baked for 10 mins at 350
Melt the chocolate and in my opinion works best when drizzled over the cooling mixture. If you try to spread you'll just break up the toffee and ruin the spread.
I dont have dark chocolate fans in my house, so i used milk chocolate.. Came out super sweet. Next time i'll opt for Semi- sweet Chocolate.

super yummy. and very easy. i only gave it four stars because it tastes like it was super easy to make. the sea salt is critical, otherwise i think they'd taste pretty flat. followed the cooking time directions exactly and they were perfect. i did make them in two 9x13 parchment lined glass pans though. may try to fiddle with the base; graham seems to taste a little too 'simple'. maybe crushed pretzels and go easy on the sea salt....?

Delicious! But I did only bake for 10 minutes and that was more than enough. Salt was key and just drizzled the chocolate. Big hit in my house.

I was incredibly excited to try this recipe that seemed both easy and delicious. Easy--yes. Delicious--not so much. I followed the directions exactly as written, and the bars came out burnt and tasted awful. I think it might be worth a second try, if the baking time was reduced. 15 minutes at 350 just seemed to be too much for the graham crackers.

Wow, I was completely and utterly underwhelmed with these cookies. The flavor for the most part was nothing special, and is in fact, just what you would expect - chocolaty nuts on top of some graham. This cookie has the texture of and tastes a lot like a nutty brittle, which I am not generally a fan of. The only redeeming part of this cookie was the contrast between the sea salt and the chocolate which gave it a tiny bit of sophistication. In the end I say not only no to this recipe, but hell no.

Haven't tried this yet but have made similar. Love the addition of a sprinkle of sea salt on top. Kicks it up a notch to the adult table.

This was delightful. It was simple enough to make and I'm going to include this selection in my box of cookies to send to relatives. They seem to pack well and the combination of sweet and salty was great!
