I made these tonight, along with the chicken dish from the show.

You have to really love blue cheese to like these and we don't. The flavor is very sour, much like blue cheese. We didn't care for it. I tried it again with extra sharp white cheddar and still wasn't too pleased. Guess this isn't a keeper

This was the first time I watched this show and made anything from it.

Really enjoyed the intensity of the flavor. Use less blue cheese if you don't want such a strong flavor. Made it with iron skillet roasted lemon rosemary chicken and steamed green beans. Used the garlic twice by adding it to the steamed green beans. Great side dish!

I give these a 3 because they are really good but a bit too rich for my taste... however, my husband friggin loves them!!! He would rate them with 4 stars. :

Did not like this recipe at all. Followed recipe precisely. My first review and doing so because I was led astray by only positive reviews on network. Won't trust them again.

Made this with the beer braised chicken. Yet another let down. I didn't taste the rosemary at all - the blue cheese completely overpowered the dish - and I am a big blue cheese fan.

I also added the garlic into the potatoes to try to give some additional depth of flavor...no such luck.

Believe Claire when she says, "even if you don't like blue cheese, try it! You will love it!" Absolutely try it. Wonderful, especially made with the Beer Braised Chicken. Thank you!

OMG! These are the best mashed potatoes!!!!!! My husband has NEVER eaten blue cheese until I made this dish. We used the left overs to top shepard's pie and it was delicious!

These were great! I went a little light on the bleu cheese compared to recipe because I had a 4 oz conatiner. Depending on choice of blue cheese, could get overwhelming with full amount. (Didn't use suggested blue cheese from recipe.
