Very tasty! A big hit with my family and I plan to serve this as a side dish for our next company!

This was a very impressive side dish. I give it 5 stars for flavor but 4 stars for consistency. I agree with another comment that it's a little gooey and could benefit from some added milk. Other than that, I think these are high-end-steakhouse-quality potatoes. The food mill really does make the texture great.

I substituted goat cheese for blue cheese and they were delicious!

I made these tonight, along with the chicken dish from the show.

You have to really love blue cheese to like these and I don't. The flavor is very sour, much like blue cheese. I didn't care for it.

This was the first time I watched this show and made anything from it. I don't think I'll be watching again.

I made a few modifications - used aged sharp white cheddar (we are not a blue loving family and substituted dried rosemary for fresh. If I made this again I would either use less rosemary, use fresh rosemary or strain the butter so the rosemary doesn't go in the potatoes. They were a little overwhelmed by the herb. Love the technique of mashing then baking the potatoes though!

These potatoes are excellent! An easy and smart way to do something new with them. The broiling step did result in a nice brown top, but they'd be just as good if you skipped that step. (I know, I tried a bite before putting them in the oven,
