Excellent!!! the only thing is that it didn't taste as good next day for left overs.

I put a bit too much butter in to the ratio of potato. Taste was great but I need to cook up some more potatoes. I wouldn't necessarily pair this with the braised beer chicken. I like rich food but I was a bit overwhelmed with the strong flavors.

I changed this a bit to suit our taste and the results were delicious! Not fans of blue cheese, I chose to use a sharp white cheddar. I also added one large parsnip to the pot - tried this with another of CR's potato recipes and it was delicious so I figured "why not?" - and sprinkled some panko on top with the additional shredded cheese. Perfectly yummy. I highly recommend this easy-to-customized dish.

I love this recipe. I've never thought of putting rosemary in potatoes and I thought it was really delicious! This herb along with blue cheese really makes for awesome potato dish because it is an unexpected flavor combination. I think it would really wow guests!

DELICIOUS! I added a bit of milk just to make it a little creamier but even without it it was so good. I will make this again and again!

That's how good it is. The unlikely combination--for me, at least--of rosemary and blue cheese is so incredibly delicious in the potatoes. Thanks, Claire.

OUT OF THIS WORLD! Love, love, loved the potatoes....they were a huge success as was the Beer Braised Chicken in this episode. I will be making both again, that's for sure!

This is certainly not a recipe to worry about calories although I did cut back on the bleu cheese slightly. This was truly delicious and easy ... a great combo!
