Very easy, healthy, and quite tasty. Instead of the marinated turkey scallopini, I sauteed ;lean ground turkey breast. I also added sliced mushrooms with the asparagus called for in the recipe and topped the dish off with shredded parmesan cheese.

Yummy! Very simple but very delicious! I used chicken instead of turkey and added a bit more of the vinegars and garlic and it really made the dish pop! I also added some honey to sweeten both the chicken and pasta up a bit. Very good and it makes me feel great knowing that it was healthy for me!

I actually really loved this! It's so simple and healthy too. I used chicken cutlets and regular balsamic vinegar and even my husband (who is pretty picky loved it. I'm making it again tonight! =

UN-BE-LIEVABLE!!! I had one moderate helping and I stopped since it takes 20 minutes to fill up and I sure did (and I weigh 190 pounds and I am a man!! The flavor was amazing- The white balsalmic vinegar was that secret little ingredient that separates it from other dishes. What I love about this was how easy it was to make and my wife and mother loved it!! The Whole Wheat pasta is delicious and very filling. Thanks

Idk. The flavor wasn't that big and after 3 plates, I was still hungry, and I'm 115 pounds. Not a meal for men, and I'm not sure I would try it again.

Simple and delicious! I also used chicken breasts because I was not able to find the turkey cutlets. Other then that, I followed the recipe exactly. For some it may be a little on the plain side, but I thought it was simple and delicious.

Very tasty! Used chicken breast pieces because I couldn't find the turkey scaloppini...but it was still great! I did add a little extra garlic for garnish on top of it when I served it...also used regular balsamic vinegar instead of white and it was very good. I would recommend this as a quick and light meal for a family to sit down too, not a lot of fuss or prep needed!
