This recipe was great. It works with ground turkey too, which was all I had on hand. I just sauteed some garlic and added balsamic in with the turkey, then added the olive oil and more balsamic to the pasta once it was done cooking. I also offered parmesan for everyone to sprinkle over the top. Delicious!

I made this recipe before, and LOVED it. It was a hit. I don't like balsalmic, so I left that out, but for a little extra flavor, I threw in some sliced black olives at the last minute, and thought it really made it pop.

This was loved by the entire family....kid approved...yay! I also made it w/ brown rice pasta which was still delicious hot, but it didn't work for a cold pasta salad. This is so great for my hubby to take to work the next day too!

I was not able to find the turkey breast scaloppini cutlets so I had to substitute chicken. I thought it tasted really good, and I am always looking for recipes that use the whole-wheat pasta. The sauce complemented the flavor of the penne really well, and I don't usually enjoy balsamic vinegar. I would make this recipe again. I wish I could find the turkey!

To the person who thought this recipe was dishonest with five ingredients. If you watch the show you would know that salt & pepper are always a given.

As Claire states many times....."Salt and pepper are her free ingredients" they don't count as part of the 5.....
This recipe is very easy, delicious and satisfying....a real keeper for summer meals. As always Claire's recipes are easy, tasty and something anyone can do.
