Ingredients
  • 1 package (16 ounces) Johnsonville® All Natural Fresh Italian Mild Ground Sausage
  • 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

  • Shape into 16 meatballs.

  • In a skillet, brown and cook until sausage is no longer pink, or place meatballs on a rack in a shallow baking pan.

  • Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 20 minutes or until done.

  • Serve with your favorite sauce.
