Ingredients
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons garlic salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 pounds high quality hamburger meat
  • 1 -24 ounce can tomato sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients and shape into oblong loaf. Cook 1-1/2 hours to 2 hours or until done.
