    The best cupcakes I have ever made. I did add a splash more of milk. It is not the traditional cupcake, though. The process made me think of a custard.

    I like this recipe and have made it many times. It is easy, forgiving, and ingredients you have
    on hand. It is forgiving because you can add more milk to make it more moist. I found it a little dry if you only add the called for amount of milk. I have used it for my upside down pineapple cake recipe , it worked really well.

    I would give it zero stars if i could, the cupcakes were just horrible. I would have been better off with a boxed cake mix!
