Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup light buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce, coarsely chopped
  • 1 pound oven-roasted turkey breast from deli, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 ribs celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 3 slices multi-grain bread, toasted
  • 2 plum tomatoes, each cut into 6 wedges
Directions
  • Whisk the buttermilk, light mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, dry mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.

  • Combine the lettuce, turkey, bacon, celery, and onions in a large bowl. Toss with the dressing, and season to taste. Cut each toast slice into 4 even triangles. Divide the salad among 4 plates, serve with the tomato wedges and toast triangles.
