Really liked this recipe- super easy, things I tend to have on hand (though I did sub sliced almonds for the nuts b/c it was all I had and tasty!!! My kids liked it, they were a hit. I cut the recipe in half & it made about 22 cookies. They'd be awesome with some sort of chip, I just didn't have any on hand.

Amazing cookies. I followed the recipe to a tee but I did add a pinch of cinnamon. Rave reviews. And I cook, I don't bake.

This is a great cookie for sure...however, I added 1/2 c golden raisins, 1 c white chocolate chips, 1/2 c peanut butter, 1/2 shortning and omitted 1/2 c of butter. WOW...that is an awesome cookie!

This is my first review also! OMG! These cookies are so good. I made a batch and followed recipe exactly. They were perfect. I Then made a batch adding butterscotch chips. They were great but a bit too sweet. Made a batch with raisins and a batch with chocolate chips and I have to say, they are great just as recipe follows. Just sweet enough and chewy and perfect!!!! Best cookies I have ever made!

I made these cookies exactly as the recipe and they turned out fabulous!!! They were very easy to make. I think they taste better than regular oatmeal raisin cookies. They are very tasty and moist and everybody loved them.

Very easy recipe and great without raisins. Try adding 1 - 1 1/2 cups of white chocolate, it is a great combination. They make the cookies more fragrant. Replacing the walnuts with macadamia nuts would beat Mrs. Fields' cookies!
