    Made this for the first time last week and it couldn't have gone over better. The pork took on wonderful flavor and the aioli added a great kick. One suggestion I would make is to either scale back on the pork or increase your other ingredients, ie. rice, nori, etc. Adhering to the recipe as is will only result in an abundance of pulled pork, not the worst scenario but a bit excessive.
