- 1 medium head green cabbage, chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/3 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/3 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/3 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise or more if needed
- 3 to 4 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
- 3 to 4 teaspoons horseradish
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. Taste after mixing and adjust mustard, mayonnaise and horseradish, salt and pepper, if needed. Chill before serving.
