Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, dice
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Directions
  • Melt butter in sauce pan and cook diced peppers over medium heat for 4 minutes. Stir in corn and water. Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve
