- 2 1/2 quarts water
- 1/4 cup salt
- 2 pounds Danish langostines/ Norwegian lobsters
- Serving suggestions: Aioli (garlic mayonnaise) and toasts
Bring the water and salt to a boil in a large pot. The water should taste like the ocean.
Add the live langoustines and boil them for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from the water and cool.
Eat them, as is, with aioli (garlic mayonnaise) and toast.
