Holy GOD this was delicious. I used bone-in chops, and that made it only taste better. Thanks Sunny!! Whoever said it wasn't that tasty obviously did something wrong. I cook from FN recipes all the time - I'm quite accomplished as a home cook. They were mouth wateringly good. My wife actually giggled when she took her first bite. :

I loved this. I had 4 medium 3/4" chops before I found the recipe, but it still worked fine, just added the remaining stuffing to the pan - oven time a little less. I had Orange/Pineapple/Bannana Juice to hand - worked fine. All the herbs were fresh from my herb garden, ditto Lemon, so the whole thing burst with flavors and fresh aromas. Aaah!. I was a bit concerned that the thin butterflied chops would turn to cardboard but resting the pork definitely kept them soft. FYI, I accompanied it with a mix of red, yellow, roasted peppers plus a deseeded, pepperonci, garlic with pinch of cayenne, tomato paste, sauted and simmered. I just made a knockout combo with sweetness of the stuffed pork and the colors were great too. Thanks so much. Everyone loved it Sunny !!

We loved this recipe! I had to tweek it a little ( I didnt have orange juice so used pineapple instead but but it was soooo good! I did not have the salt issue that other people did? I prepped everything and it was a cinch to put together. This will become a new recipe for my family for pork, as I only have a few since pork is usually so easy to overcook. Not this one, tender and juicy, Thanks Sunny

This recipe is OFF THE HOOK delicious -- BUT -- easy on the salt before cooking!!! The pork is typically salty enough for the meal and if you aren't careful, the sodium (we used Kosher flavor over-powers the other fun flavors in the dish. Other than that - remarkable and pretty easy!

Wow - what a surprise! I was hesitant and held off for a while before making these. It grew on me with each bite. It's important to prep everything first and then just cook in order to make it easier on yourself. The flavors all came together and made a great sweet and savory dish. I will make again!

I made the stuffed pork chops last night for dinner, it was very easy to make, make sure you prep before you start so everything goes smoothly, Since my slices of bacon were a bit thin and not thick at all i used a few bacon strips cut into pieces since you can never go wrong with bacon anyway. As for the sage and the thyme, i used the dry ingredients instead of fresh. I fried the chops until my desired color under medium heat and then took them out of the grease and placed them on the baking sheet as directed with the left over stuffing and juice. after it was all done that I reduced the juices it was sooooo good to dip into more of it, my husband was asking for it again for BREAKFAST! lol.. loved it! def making it again and this time with guest over! Thanks Sunny!
