I LOVED this recipe. I didn't have the fresh herbs but I just substituted dry and it worked wonderfully. I was skeptical about the variety of components and level of sweetness but I was very pleasantly surprised. I look forward to making it again!

the pork chops were very tender and the stuffing was delicious however with the orange pineapple gravy made it a bit too sweet for me so next time im going to add a few peepers.

We tried this recipe recently and were extremely pleased with how well it turned out. The pork chops were so moist and all of the flavors just burst in your mouth with every bite! It's like EUPHORIA! We would recommend it to anyone!!!!

This was a very good. The next time that I make it I thought about adding some regular stuffing (chicken to the mix to the apple stuffing to help make it more of a stuffing and a little thicker....

    We loved it...

WOW!! My wife and I have never had a better pork chop! Easy to assemble, also. We will do this recipe over and over. My wife now thinks I'm a great chef. I did use more pineapple/orange juice and onions than was suggested and more black pepper as well. Fantastic. Thanks, Sunny.

My family and I agree with most ratings for this recipe. It is delicious and it makes your home smell like Thanks Giving is around the corner. As far as the salt comments are concerned - I used less salt like some of the reviews suggested but my family and I concluding it required a bit more. I don't know if it matters that I used Kosher salt rather than regular table salt...but other than this the dish is simple to make - very short prep and cook time. Over all we all loved the taste plus the presentation over simple garlic mashed potatoes was perfect to be able to enjoy all the flavors of this delicious recipe. Make it for your self and see what all the fuss is about!

I used boneless pork chops and it was delicious! My boyfriend (one of the pickiest eaters I know! loved it and wouldn't stop telling me how delicious it was! I sewed up the pork with string vs. the skewers they said for. I read that in another foodnetwork.com recipe and sounded like a good idea. DELICIOUS! and worth any difficulty you might have!

I made this for my husband and myself it was excellent. The chops were really moist. I would make this recipe again, except I would not make the sauce as sweet, and I would thicken the sauce to a gravy consistency. Once again Great Recipe, thanks.
