I have to admit, I was a bit leary of the "orange-pineapple gravy", but let me tell you it was wonderful! Every bit was great, my family loved it. We did have a bit thicker chops, so I adjusted the cooking time a bit, and after reading the salt reviews i made sure to moderate the amount to tatse (rather than as was called for. Overall a great recipe we will use again and again, and great for company!

I go to my local Sam's club and have a them cut a boneless pork roast into one inch chops and use kitchen shears to cut the hole in the chops. This is a neat and easy way to get your pocket for stuffing. I've made these pork chops several times and each time everyone leaves the table satisfied. Another great recipe from Sunny!

These pork chops were fantastic. I'm a huge fan of pork chops and always end up ordering them when at restaurants. This recipe certainly gets the job done and is much more bang for your buck.

I first saw this recipe on Sunnys show and thought that it looked delicious. Yesterday was my dads birthday so I decided I would prepare these pork chops and boy let me tell you! They were so good! Everyone was pleased and eating it all up! I did have to change a few things from the recipe, I used pork chops that did not have the bone in and I found the thichest ones I could find. Also, I just salted and peppered the chops and I cooked them in the pan instead of going in the oven because my chops were a little too thin for that. So after searing both sides I added the rest of the juice and simmered until the chops were done. After I took the chops out I put some corn starch in the remaining liquid to thicken it up.
I will definitely make this again.

This was the best we've tasted. So easy to make. I just used less salt when I prepared. Out standing review for left overs at the construction site.

My family just finished eating these pork chops, and I must say the depth of flavor was incredible! Layering bacon, onions, thyme, sage, granny smith apples, butter, cinnamon, and orange-pineapple juice gave these pork chops such intense flavor. I thought it might be good, but be a little too much for me, since I am not a fan of fruity things in my food. Boy was I wrong!
I simmered and simmered the sauce down until it was a little thickened, and we couldn't sop up enough of that sauce for the chops. I have to learn how to cut a pork chop better, I must admit, but really, it all looked beautiful and tasted even better.
My nephew, who spend the day shoveling us out of this snowstorm in NY, was very happy he stayed to help!
I will make this again and again!

These are super delicious! I will be making these again and again. The flavors were fresh, and they complimented one another very well. I would never have thought about cinnamon but it was fantastic! I used orange juice instead of pineapple and orange, it was amazing! This is a wonderful recipe to make in the fall! My husband and I loved it! Thanks!

This was a delicious recipe but DO NOT coat the chops with salt as stated in the recipe. It would have been luscious without it. A sprinkle would've been fine. I also did not have bacon or any juice but it still tasted great.

Watched Sunny Anderson for the first time when this episode aired. She's so adorable--loved her personality. My husband and I both enjoyed this recipe very much. The fruit-pork combination is just wonderful. Since one of the reviewers commented that the dish was too salty, I unfortunately didn't add enough salt and had to add some at the table. The gravy/sauce is superb!
