Great recipe -- great flavors! This was my first time cooking with thick-cut pork chops. Next time I will cover the chops in the oven for the flavors to seep in and more importantly make the chops more tender. Or may just follow advice of others who said it worked well with the thinner cut chops. Otherwise -- the recipe is great and my family loved it!!

OK, this is a great one...I did tweak it just a bit, but that was just my taking ownership. I added mushrooms and raisens to the stuffing, plus just a slash of balsamic vinager. My husband hates cooked apples LOVED IT! This one will be done again...

Good blend of flavors and textures. Enjoyed it very much and did not miss the traditional bread stuffing flavor and textures that have been my staple. Will use more often, for sure.

This was absolutely delicious! I don't like to spend time stuffing anything so I just made it all on the stovetop like a previous reviewer. It was so easy and delicious. I sauteed the bacon until almost crispy and then added the apples and spices (Nobody eats onion in my house so I skipped it. Then I nestled in thin-cut boneless pork sirloin chops and cooked 5 min. on each side. I added the juice and let the chops finish cooking while the juice reduced. I served with mashed potatoes and baked beans. Everybody, including my 16 month old loved it. Thanks Sunny! I hope to see more great recipes from you.

I have never been successful with pork chops. They always come out dry or lacking in flavor. I tried this recipe last night and am so pleased and impressed by the results. First of all, it was not difficult at all (the fact that you keep using the same pan is a bonus and the pork chops were delicious! Bacon, onions, apples, cinnamon, and citrus flavors all cooked up to create a flavorful and moist chop. I will definitely be making this again-- next time for company!!

Great recipe! I deglazed with white wine before adding chops. Gives excellent, light taste!

these pork chops came out great. i followed the recipe from the show which varies a bit from the online directions. i didn't use her seasoning method though. thanks to rachael ray's recipes i have plenty of grill seasoning so i used that to season the chops. i also didn't make the gravy but they were more than juicy enough. i'm patiently waiting for my blueberry/peach cobbler to cool. i wish i had some vanilla ice cream right now. lol

This recipe turned out wonderful! I didn't quite make it the way she instructed, because I didn't have the kind of pork chops that I could slice and stuff, so I cooked everything on top of the stove, and it was soooo delicious!!!!. We'll be doing this one again and again!

I don't have a big enough pan to hold all the chops and it was difficult slicing the chops open. I was frustrated while cooking and had too much stuff dirtied. But it was all worth it when we ate! My hubby thought it tasted like a restaurant meal!
