To the reviewer who commented that she cooked the apples - you are right - she did do that on the show. After she softened the onions, she added the apples and cinnamon to soften them a bit. Another error in an online recipe. She added the orange-pinapple juice to the mixture in the bowl later. Hope that helps.

Pork can be so tough, boring, blah... But this recipe - wow! The meat was juicy, and extremely tasty. We loved it!

This recipe was a bit time-consuming but well worth it. The stuffing was delicious with the fresh herbs and the gravy even better. I used some orange peach mango juice I had on hand. Thanks Sunny!

I had planned to have pork chops for supper, and saw this recipe on Sunny's show. I thought it was easy to prepare and was amazed at how good it was! The flavors of the stuffing with the citrus-y sauce were a great combination! I will make this one again!

I was skeptical at first, but it looked so good on tv I had to try it. I was pleasantly surprised. My daughter even liked it.

I watched the show, she cooked the apples, but the directions in this recipe say to add the apples to the bowl after she cooked the other ingredients. did I miss something?
