My husband loved it. I put a little more heat to it by adding cayenne pepper. We loved it spicy.

I have made many recipes from the Food Network website and this was one I felt compelled to write a review. This corn is just so good. I had this "street" corn at a Cuban cafe in Soho and have wanted to recreate the recipe ever since. When I saw Sunny make this, I knew it was just what I was looking for. I dont know if it's dinner or dessert, but wow. I love it - just as is in her recipe. However, the cojita (spelling? is a great addition if you can find it. Your guests will absolutly love this!

I took a risk and made this for a kinda party (easy grilling and some friends over and it was a huge hit.....people loved it so much they even asked if they could take some home! My husband says he expects corn made like that from now on! I was so easy and so good, I will definitely make this more often! Thanks for the recipe!

delicious! 'can't go wrong with SWEET (corn, SPICY (chili powder, and TANGY (lime flavors all in one simple piece of corn!

my one substitution: 1/2 tsp of fresh, minced garlic instead of garlic salt.
