The taste was good and I like the lower fat, but I followed the recipe exactly and it came out very dense. It wasn't light like a cake. More like bars.

Great lower calorie dessert! I didn't have any raisins so I didn't add them. I put chunky applesauce which was GREAT to have apple chunks in the cake, and I added some chopped pecans in at the end - Good recipe, I will make it again.

I make this all the time for my friends and family, and they love it! I have made it so many times i have added some things. Sometimes I add 1 cup of walnuts, or substitute craisins instead of raisins. I just recently put blueberries in it, and that was good. It is a very lite, heathy desert!
