Ingredients

  • 1 15-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 12 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a 5 by 9-inch baking dish. Cook at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm with crackers or fresh bread.

    I will definitely be making this again. I didn't have parsley so I used dill and followed the rest of the recipe accordingly. I put the dip out with some warmed tortilla chips and everyone loved it. I may try playing with the types and amounts of cheese I use for variations.

    is cheesier than most artichoke dips I have had, have made twice, was a hit both times. I added a little black pepper.

    I make this many times and everyone asks me for the recipe. I typically make these the day ahead to save me time. Also, I doubled the recipe too which works great too.
