I will definitely be making this again. I didn't have parsley so I used dill and followed the rest of the recipe accordingly. I put the dip out with some warmed tortilla chips and everyone loved it. I may try playing with the types and amounts of cheese I use for variations.

is cheesier than most artichoke dips I have had, have made twice, was a hit both times. I added a little black pepper.

I make this many times and everyone asks me for the recipe. I typically make these the day ahead to save me time. Also, I doubled the recipe too which works great too.

I made this dip last weekend for a Christmas Cocktail Party. Let me tell you - so easy and quick to prepare and tastes AMAZING! Especially great for those who do not really care for spinach. Everyone at our party asked for the recipe...literally everyone. I think the only reason I had any left over was because we ran out of toasted baguette chips! Will be my go-to dip recipe for many parties (and years to come! Cannot sing its praises enough. Well done Laurie!!!

I was hoping this would have a much better flavor. It seemed like it was missing something. The flavors were all quite muted.

I made this dip for a wine and cheese party and have not stopped getting requests for it.

It was WAY too easy for all the compliments I got. I totally recommend making this dip.

A friend had this at a party. I found the recipe on food network, it is the best artichoke dip I have ever tried.

We have tried many artichoke dips and this is by far the easiest and best tasting.
