My family loved this meatloaf! The mixture of the beef, pork, and veal really makes a difference in the flavor. Easy to make. Awesome!

This is a very good basic meatloaf recipe. I put a bit of the glaze on top of the bacon and it made the bacon my favorite thing. I would have added a bit less thyme, a bit more glaze and some more parsley to it and maybe some cheese. This will be a "go to " recipe for us.

Very easy to make! Used 96/4 ground beef, and turned out super tender and delicious. Did not use parsley, but followed everything else to the T. I also increased my oven temp to 375 degrees for 1 hour. Next time I might actually mix some of the glaze in with the meatloaf and turn the broiler on to get the bacon crispier. Other than that - one of the best meatloaves I have ever made!!!!

This meatloaf is amazing, For me, I had to raise the oven temp to 375 degrees and will double the glaze for next time, otherwise perfect.

So good, my husband and I loved it. I used a 1lb package of bacon but that is all I changed. I will make this over and over again. Loved it. Pass this one on to all of your friends.

This was a rocken recipe, O always have to add my own twist so i used one cup finely crushed garlic and cheddar croutons and a third of plain bread crumbs.O man it kicked that level of flavor up a seriously tasty notch! definetly a hit!

I've been making this for years, from the cookbook, and it is one of the best meatloaves I have ever eaten. Easy to prepare and always comes out perfect.

I cooked this for my wife,, that makes about about 3 things I can cook for her now,, had my mother-in-law come over as well and they all loved it. I have no experience making much more than scrambled eggs, so the fact I can follow this recipe is amazing in itself. But the flavor and presentation was out of this world. I saw another review that substituted BBQ sauce for the ketchup,,, I may consider that next time. I had some extra glaze so I made a cut about 1/2 inch deep and spread it open a little to form a trough that stopped about a inch from each end and poured the remaining glaze in that. I may go look for something else to cook so I can cook once a week for her.

A very good recipe. The only changes I made were the substituting of "KC Masterpiece" BBQ sauce for the ketchup and using 2 pounds of ground sirloin for the meat. We enjoyed it for dinner and as leftovers for a couple of days. Thank you again.
