I usually make bad meatloaf but everyone enjoyed this one. I made two loaves using only lean ground sirloin and have one left to use for sandwiches today.

    Enjoy

    I used beef & turkey.
    Came out very nice.
I also extended the cooking time to 1hr.
I really thought the glaze was a great accompanyment. Next time I'll make more of it and use it as the condiment when I eat a slice of the meatloaf.

Very easy to follow, and meatloaf comes out very juicy and delicious with a great crispy bacon crust exactly after one hour.
