I love this quick fudge recipe! I almost always have the ingredients on hand, and I love peanut butter fudge!

This came out great for me! I have to disagree with Chef #840084. There is nothing at all wrong with these ingrediants. The most important factor is to not overcook the sugar and buttermilk. I burnt my first batch and it burned just from me not looking at for like 20 seconds!! I constantly stirred it till it was at the softball stage and I also used my candy thermometer. I can see myself making this again!

Delish-it's very important to not overcook it, so use a good candy thermometer.

I am not an expert candy maker, but I have made some great fudge before, I wanted to try this recipe, because of the ingredients. It was a disaster, I follow every step, I stirred until it thickened, then it hardened and dried to a bone within seconds. It is so dry and crumbly, I will throw it away and try another recipe. Don't waste your time or ingredients on this.
