I really enjoyed the dressing and the cabbage together. Glad to have tried melted butter, which I had never used in a salad dressing before. The salad was crisp, fresh, and simply delicious. It was perfect with the pork tenderloin I served that evening. My friend usually skips the salad, and actually had two helpings! Thank you, it's a lovely salad, and more elegant that coleslaw.

Gave me something simple to do. I always ate cabbage as cole slaw.
