    It's comfort food in a bowl. The only thing I did differently was I used 1 lb. ground beef instead of 1/2 lb. It's delicious!

    I first tried this recipe about 2 yrs. ago. It's been a staple in my fall/winter menu's ever since. EVERYBODY loves it.

    I made this recipe and while it was great, I made it into a bacon cheeseburger chowder by adding bacon. I fried it up and chopped it up prior to adding to the chowder.

    My friends and family loved it.
