OMG I love these cookies! We've always made these just the way the recipe says. However, my daughter-in-law is allergic to cocoa so we had to come up with a plan B. Instead of cocoa, we added 2 squares of Baker's Premium white chocolate baking squares. This makes a little more liquid so we added an extra cup of oats. DELICIOUS!! We didn't miss the cocoa at all and she was able to enjoy them too!

These are a great, quick cookie when you just want something a little sweet. I used almond milk and natural peanut butter and they are great!

BWeatherby, I Know Why Your Having That Problem Be Sure To Remove The Pan and Give About 45 Sec To Cool Then Add Peanut Butter And Oats And Vanilla This Will Ensure The Peanut Butter And Oats Absorbes the Moisture, They harden Very Quick.

I love these cookies as does my family but I'm having trouble getting them to set. We have to scoop them off the wax paper with a spoon.

Made this tonight with dark chocolate cocoa and substituted Biscoff spread for the peanut butter and WOW!! Good times. :
