Anyone can make these with ease. They are good, but slightly to rich for my taste. In the middle of making them, I found myself to be out of vanilla extract so I used almond instead and they were delicious.

Paula Dean sure is my favorite southern gal. This wonderfully simple meal reminded me of when I would help my mother make these cookies. My favorite part then was dropping the cookies and still is. I hope you enjoy them and maybe bring back some good memories.

The no-bake has always been my husband's favorite cookie, and I finally found the perfect recipe. I even ran out of vanilla and they still tasted superb! A+
