Great recipe! I made a couple of changes:
1st - I'm diabetic so I made it with stevia (Stevia in the raw - Terrific! 2nd I put 1/2c of the quick oats in my coffeee mill and reduce it to oat flour and it seems to "settle" the cookies a bit better but all in all a great recipe!

I have made no bakes forever. They always turn out perfectly.
One suggestion that may help many of you.
Mix sugar and cocoa powder well before adding milk.
Stir in milk and then add pats of butter. Add a pinch of salt.
Set your timer for I minute, after mixture is at a rolling boil.
I don't even bother to measure the peanut butter any more.
It's really to the taste. Quick oats work the best, but we prefer
A mix off whole and quick oats.
You should never have to bake them. They are a form of fudge.
You want them to cool and set up.

so easy and fast. Burn-free for those who are not bakers like me. I followed the recipe but added only 1.5 cups of sugar and three tablespoons of cocoa. I also used unsweetened cocoa so the cookies are not unbearably sweet. Good recipe, I will most definitely do it again.

I should have read more reviews.... used old fashioned oatmeal. Not good. Perhaps quick cook would make these edible but my result was too chewy and too sweet

I made these last week and they were WAY too sweet and chocolately! Also, they turned out a little gooey. I tried again this morning only using *1 1/2 cups sugar and 3 tblspoons of cocoa* plus I added a pinch of salt. I also boiled them longer and they turned out perfect!!!! MAKE SURE TO BOIL FOR A WHOLE MINUTE TO TWO MINUTES!!! If you don't they won't set.

These cookies are like happiness. They are sooo easy to make and set up in 20 minutes! Even if you can't wait that long, only two minutes after you scoop them, they are pick-up and eatable, though still war. I followed the recipe exactly except I add a pinch of salt to offset the sweetness and let them boil for more than one minute! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!
