    Excellent! I use a food processor for the chopping to speed up the process.

    We made this recipe for our cooking club - we picked Argentina as the country to focus on and we now make this at least 2-3 times a year. It takes a while with all the chopping but it is sooo worth it. Every time we have new people try it they all want the recipe. You will not be disappointed.
