I'm torn between giving this four or five stars. It's an interesting, complex, smoky, sophisticated soup, but I think if you just tasted it without knowing what it's composed of, you wouldn't be as impressed. It also really needs the garnishes, especially the Manchego cheese. I think using only half the tomato might improve the soup. This did not taste good the day it was made, but it improved enormously in the fridge. BTW, if you're wondering, it does not taste like chocolate.
