    In preparation for a special dinner party, I made creme brulee three times, using three different recipes to see which one was the best. This one is OUTSTANDING! The balance of all of the flavors is perfect, as is the consistency. Not just my own opinion, but also of all those who had to help me eat the trial recipes. Best in a very shallow 4-5" ramekin.
