    Pulled-up this recipe and the title had 2 stars. I continued to read the recipe to the final word. There was an additional sentence...Be the first to eval the recipe. Bottom line...I made the croissants exactly as written. The flavor and texture was terrific. I made it a second time and added more sugar then a light sprinkle of kosher salt before baking. Again delicious. Make this Croissant recipe a keeper. Annie, Milpitas, CA
