    we call it "big silly pancake" in our house and the kids just love it! what is even better... it is super simple and super delicious!!!!!

    Wow - my family just LOVED this dish. It is rich but so delicious. I omitted the lemon zest because I don't like lemony apples. I might try it with pears or a mixture of apples and pears next time. Can't miss!
