- 1/2 pound biscotti, broken into chunks
- 1 cup sparkling wine
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to soft-peak stage
- Grated chocolate
- Powdered coffee
Make 2 layers of biscotti, sprinkling generously with wine, and then top the whole thing with the whipped cream. Like tiramisu, this dessert is best after being refrigerated for an hour or two. Finish by sprinkling with grated chocolate or powdered coffee.
