Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1/2 cup lemon nonfat yogurt
- 1 medium banana or 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
